Returns and refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Bedding and towels that have been washed, and candles that have been lit, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or wrong.

1. Email support@elitehouseco.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Once the return arrives, we refund the original payment method.

If something arrives broken or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, including shipping.
